Our Story
Spire Construction and Remodeling is owned and operated by Ryan Seale and Elliot Presser, founded in 2017. Beginning their partnership in 2000 by founding Big D Fencing, Ryan and Elliot have established a long and fruitful partnership in the remodeling and construction industry. Elliot departed in 2004 to pursue a career in commercial fire protection. Prior to joining Spire Construction and Remodeling, Ryan owned and ran Rosebud Services, specializing in fencing and flooring, in operation since 2010.
Spire Construction and Remodeling provides clients the perfect combination of expertise, customer service, and the craftsmanship they deserve, provided by Elliot and Ryan’s years of experience.
From ground to roof, Spire Construction and Remodeling can tackle any home remodel project you can imagine; no project is too small or large.
